Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Lingden Calls for New Understanding Post-Election

Kathmandu. Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Chairman Rajendra Lingden has stated that the country must move forward with a new understanding after the elections.

Speaking at an election rally organized in Dhakdhai, Rupandehi, for RPP candidate Prajwal Bohora of Rupandehi-1 on Sunday, Chairman Lingden argued that the country's problems cannot be solved merely by conducting the '84 election in '82, emphasizing the need to move the nation forward with a latest understanding that accommodates all sides after the polls.

He expressed the view that RPP had emphasized the need for a latest agreement between the King, political parties, and the new young generation before the election, but no one listened. Chairman Lingden urged voters to cast their ballots in a way that pressures the establishment to maintain national consensus.

He also appealed to the public to use their vote wisely, noting that the time for candidates to visit doorsteps and offer greetings ends on Falgun 21.

Chairman Lingden mentioned that after the election, they aim to create a situation where they can offer a latest understanding as a strong political force.
