Nepali Film 'Shivansh: Chapter 1' Postpones Screening After Release During Maha Shivaratri Festival

Kathmandu. Film screenings that began on Falgun 1 coinciding with the Maha Shivaratri festival are now being postponed. Following the films 'Bigul' and 'Shree Bukuro', the film 'Shivansh: Chapter 1' has now also postponed its screening. The production house, Anjan Cine Production House, issued a statement announcing the postponement of the film's screening starting Wednesday.

The production house decided to suspend the screening until further notice, citing that the film did not receive appropriate showtimes. The film, which interestingly presents ancient Hindu beliefs and the mysteries of the modern era, is directed by Santosh Kumar Atreya. The main roles are played by Praveen Khatiwada, Tej Giri, Bimala Limbu, and Rusa Neupane.

The film features performances by artists including Bikash Joshi, Pradipkumar Chaudhary, Sabir Chauroute, Udaykumar Subba, and Tika Niraula. Anjan KC is the producer, with Shobha Bhandari and Anish KC Bogati as co-producers, and Shambhu Thapa as the executive producer.
