Bollywood Actress Ameesha Patel Faces Non-Bailable Warrant Over 2017 Dispute

New Delhi. Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel has suddenly made headlines. The actress came into the spotlight after a Moradabad court issued a non-bailable warrant against her in connection with a dispute related to an incident in 2017.

Actress Patel, however, stated that this matter is very old and has been settled. She also mentioned that she would take legal action against the false allegations.

In this matter, Patel shared a story on her Instagram. In that story, quoting media reports, it was mentioned that Pawan Verma took some action in Moradabad.

“I want to inform everyone that this is a 15-year-old case, in which Pawan Verma signed the agreement letter and received the full amount agreed upon. Despite this, it seems he has initiated action by making false allegations. My lawyers are about to initiate criminal proceedings against him to expose this person's lies and deceit. However, I want to focus on my work and ignore those who create a spectacle to attract attention under false pretenses,” the actress wrote in the post.

Court has directed the actress to appear in court on March 27.
