Panini Rural Municipality Ranks First in Local Level Performance Evaluation Across Nepal

Kathmandu. Based on the latest evaluation of local level performance, Panini Rural Municipality of Arghakhanchi has achieved the most outstanding results nationwide.

According to the results from the National Natural Resources and Fiscal Commission, Panini Rural Municipality secured the first position by obtaining 83.84 points. Leaving behind other local levels across the country, Chaurjahari Municipality of Rukum West managed to secure the second position with 82.15 points, while Malika Rural Municipality of Gulmi secured the third position with 81.98 points.

In the performance evaluation, another local level from Gulmi, Dhurkot Rural Municipality, also made it into the top five, ranking fourth with 80.52 points. Similarly, Solududhkunda Municipality of Solukhumbu achieved the fifth position by obtaining 78.50 points, while Kaligandaki Rural Municipality of Syangja stood in sixth place with 78.19 points. Biratnagar Metropolitan City of Morang was in seventh place on the list with 78.11 points, while Amargadhi Municipality of Dadeldhura secured the eighth position by obtaining 77.79 points.

Rapti Rural Municipality of Dang managed to secure the ninth position in the top ten list with 77.46 points, while Bherimallika Municipality of Jajarkot ranked tenth by obtaining 76.96 points.
