Nepali Congress Deputy President Bhusal Outlines Youth Employment Strategy Focused on Technology and Entrepreneurship

Arghakhanchi. Nepali Congress Deputy President Pushpa Bhusal stated that the Congress is heading into the elections with a plan to advance youth by connecting them with technology, production, and entrepreneurship.

Deputy President Bhusal said this while addressing a meeting of leading cadres organized by the Nepali Congress Malarani Rural Municipality in Khanadaha on Thursday.

She claimed that Congress has put forward a policy to create opportunities for youth in the fields of information technology, agricultural modernization, small and medium-sized industries, tourism, and innovation. She added, 'The priority of Congress is to connect youth with technology to create employment and self-employment within the country.'

She stated that the first priority of Congress's policy is to create self-employment within the country, not to encourage youth migration abroad.

Bhusal, who is also a former Deputy Speaker, mentioned that the Nepali Congress has not been able to form a government with a clear majority at any time since 2064 BS, admitting that this has made it difficult to fulfill the expectations of the people. 'Due to the lack of a majority, many desires and demands of the people could not be fulfilled,' she added.

She stated that Congress is always committed to protecting democracy, the constitution, and the republic.
