According to the police, five of the 12 injured in the accident are in critical condition. The bus, traveling from Kathmandu towards Okhaldhunga via Ramechhap, fell into the Tamakoshi River on Tuesday morning, causing the accident.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Bhola Bhatta of the District Police Office, Ramechhap, informed Ratopati that seven people died in the accident.

Police have arrested the driver. Manthali Hospital confirmed that seven bodies have arrived.

The bus with registration number Ba Pra 01006 Kha 9975, traveling from Kathmandu to Okhaldhunga, fell into the river this morning.
