Two Killed in Motorcycle Accident in Dang, Nepal

Dang. Two people have died in a motorcycle accident in Dang. The accident occurred this morning in Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City-16, Sewakhola, when a motorcycle with registration number LuPra 02-001 Pa 1102, traveling from Ghorahi towards Tulsipur, crashed, resulting in the death of two individuals.

According to Resham Bohara, Information Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office Dang, the motorcycle lost control and fell from an under-construction bridge over the Sewakhola stream.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Bohara informed that the deceased were the motorcycle rider, 28-year-old Gyanendra Budhathoki from Rolpa Triveni Rural Municipality-7, and the pillion rider, 39-year-old Kamal Wali from Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-17 Jhingai.

Police stated that both individuals, who were critically injured, were pronounced dead by doctors upon arrival at Rapti Academy of Health Sciences in Ghorahi for treatment.
