Hemkumari Adhikari Elected President of Nepal Management Association

Hemkumari Adhikari has been elected as the President of the Nepal Management Association. The 22nd Management Committee, during the association's 45th Annual General Meeting, selected Adhikari as the President. According to the Chief Election Officer of the Election Committee, Gunaraj Bhatta, elections for all positions in the association were held unopposed.

Similarly, Jitendra Dhital (Employees Provident Fund) and Krishna Prasad Acharya have been elected as Vice Presidents. Indra Kumar Shrestha has been elected as the General Secretary, and Chanki Chhetri, Chief Executive Officer of Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance, has been selected as the Treasurer among the other office bearers of the executive committee.

The executive members of the new committee include Madhup Poudel, Buddhikumar Malla, Anu Joshi, Baburam Sharma, Arun Kumar Sigdel, Dharmananda Awasthi, Krishna Prasad Sharma, and Krishnakumar Bhattarai.

Furthermore, Urmila Shrestha, Mahesh Sharma Dhakal, Devendra Raman Khanal, and Parbat Kumar Karki have been selected from the institutional members. It is expressed with confidence that the new executive committee will further elevate the prestige of the association and contribute more to the development of the management sector in Nepal.

The association concluded its annual celebration and general convention in Kathmandu on Saturday through a special ceremony. The ceremony was inaugurated by Chief Justice Prakash Man Singh Raut.

Chief Justice Raut emphasized that the role of skilled management is indispensable for the overall development and good governance of the country.
