President Paudel Receives Guard of Honor from Japanese Government

Kathmandu. President Ramchandra Paudel was presented with the 'Guard of Honor' by the Japanese government on Tuesday. President Paudel, who is on a four-day visit to Japan, was accorded the 'Guard of Honor' by the Japanese government.

At the invitation of the Japanese government, President Paudel, along with the First Lady Sabita Paudel, led the Nepali delegation to participate in a special ceremony held in Tokyo to mark the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Japan, departing for Japan on Monday. During his visit, he held courtesy meetings today with Emperor Naruhito of Japan and Prime Minister Ms. Sanae Takaichi.
