Mangalsen. Senior leader of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Balen Shah, has arrived in Achham to participate in the election campaign of the party's candidates. Balen arrived in Mangalsen in support of Bhupdev Shah, the RSP candidate for Achham Constituency No. 2 for the upcoming elections.

At a program organized in Mangalsen, leader Shah interacted with local voters alongside candidate Bhupdev.
