Gold Price Hits New Record High in Nepali Market

Kathmandu. The price of gold set a new record in the Nepali market on Wednesday. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders, the price of hallmarked gold neared 3 lakh 19 thousand rupees.

According to the Federation, the price of hallmarked gold was 3 lakh 9 thousand 300 rupees per tola on Tuesday. However, it increased to 3 lakh 18 thousand 800 rupees per tola on Wednesday.

Today, the price of 10 grams of gold has reached 2 lakh 73 thousand 320 rupees per tola.

Meanwhile, the price of silver has also reached 7 thousand 300 rupees. The price of silver was set at 6 thousand 870 rupees per tola the previous day. According to the Federation, the prices of gold and silver set today are the highest to date.
