Voter Turnout Recorded for National Assembly Elections in Madhesh Province

Janakpurdham. A total of 341 votes were cast in the Madhesh Province for the National Assembly elections. This count was recorded by 3 PM on Sunday, the time set for the conclusion of voting.

For the National Assembly member seats, 242 out of 266 local level votes were cast. Among these, 125 were cast by male voters and 117 by female voters.

Furthermore, 99 out of 100 provincial assembly votes were cast. Of these, 39 were cast by female members and 60 by male members. Lawmaker Bimala Ansari of the Nepal Sanghiya Samajbadi Party remained absent.
