Karnali Province CM presents policy and programmes to chief

Surkhet–Karnali Province Chief Minister Mahendra Bahadur Shahi today submitted the government policy and programmes to Province Chief Durga Keshar Khanal. The Chief Minister reached the Office of Province Chief at 11:30 am to submit the province government's policies to Chief Khanal, according to Chief Minister's press advisor Dhruba Budathoki. 

As per the constitutional provision, the policy and programmes shall be endorsed by the council of ministers and the Province Chief presents it in the Provincial Assembly. The council of ministers of Karnali Province concluded Saturday decided to endorse the policy and programmes for the current fiscal year 2074-75 BS. 

The Province Chief is scheduled to present the policy and programmes in the Provincial Assembly today itself. (photo available)
