Photo Feature: Nepal Army celebrates Army Day at Tundikhel
Kathmandu, Februay 26 — The Nepal Army celebrated its 262nd anniversary on Wednesday, marking Army Day across the country.
The celebration, held on the occasion of both Shivaratri and Army Day, included a grand event at the Nepal Army Parade Ground in Tundikhel.
The event, which was graced by President Ramchandra Paudel, who is also the Supreme Commander of the Nepal Army, featured a parade (military drill), cannon firing, and various cultural performances.
The program was attended by Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, and other dignitaries.
