Kathmandu, January 24 — The cold in the Kathmandu Valley has been decreasing over the past few days, but the weather remains clear.
The clear weather has made the snow-capped mountains surrounding the valley particularly stunning.
From Kathmandu, the Ganesh Himal, Himalchuli, Langtang, and the 8,163-meter-high Manaslu can be seen.
Other mountains visible from Kathmandu include Dorje Lhakpa, Gyaltsen, and Gaurishankar.
