Auspicious tika time for Bijaya Dashami announced

Kathmandu, September 29 — International Calendar Determination Committee (Antarrashtriya Panchanga Nirnaya Samiti) has released the auspicious time for offering and receiving tika and blessings on the day of Bijaya Dashami for Hindus residing in various countries.

The committee issued a press release on Sunday announcing the auspicious time for tika in various locations all over the world.
