Weather improvement expected after midday

Kathmandu, September 28 — Continuous rainfall since Friday is expected to see some improvement after midday today.

Information Officer Bibhuti Pokhrel from the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology informed that there will be a general improvement in the weather after midday.

“The weather will not completely clear up, but some improvement is expected,” she stated.

“However, light rainfall is anticipated until tomorrow.”

The ongoing rainfall since Friday has caused widespread flooding and landslides across the country.
