Qatar Airways flight makes five loops before landing at TIA

Kathmandu, September 27 — Due to heavy rain and low visibility, a Qatar Airways flight from Doha made five loops in the sky before landing in Kathmandu.

According to Jagannath Niraula, the General Manager of Tribhuvan International Airport, factors such as the size of the aircraft, the number of passengers, and the pilot's familiarity with the airport can affect the flight and landing process.

Other flights, however, are operating normally. Some domestic flights have been impacted by visibility issues, affecting their takeoffs and landings.
