Traffic resumes on Prithvi Highway

Chitwan, September 7 — Prithvi Highway, which had been blocked due to landslides, has now reopened.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Bheshraj Rijal from the District Police Office Chitwan informed that the highway was closed in both directions at 7:30 this morning due to a landslide near Fisling in Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality Ward No. 3.

Rijal added that traffic resumed in both directions starting at 9:00 am, following the clearing of the landslide with assistance from the road department.
