Khalti launches 'Car Suraksha' at NADA Auto Show

Kathmandu, August 29 — Digital wallet Khalti has introduced a new security package called 'Car Suraksha' at the ongoing NADA Auto Show in the capital. This package, priced at just Rs 999 per year, offers a range of car-related services valued at over Rs 20,000, along with several attractive features.

Subscribers to 'Car Suraksha' can enjoy up to 50% discounts on various vehicle services, including free bluebook and green sticker renewals, emergency roadside assistance, and delivery of renewal documents. The package also provides access to a variety of vehicle-related content.

The discounts cover a wide array of services, from car repair and detailing to washing, tire services, and vehicle rental. Additionally, users who insure their vehicles through the Khalti app will receive the car protection package at no extra charge.

Binaya Khadka, CEO of Khalti, stated, “Given the positive response to our Khalti Bluebook Renewal service, we have launched the 'Car Suraksha' package to alleviate the financial burden of vehicle maintenance. Khalti is also offering healthcare subscription packages known as 'Khalti Suraksha' and 'Khalti Suraksha Plus,' which provide health and accident insurance coverage up to Rs 150,000 and discounts on various healthcare services.
