Exhibition of photos of famous Nepali women in the offing

Kathmandu - The Cultural Museum Nepal is organising an exhibition of photos of prominent Nepali women making special contribution to the country's social, political and economic transformation. 
The exhibition will be organised from March 8 to 14 marking the International Women's Day. 


Museum chairman Kshitiz Arun Shrestha said the exhibition would include historical photos of more than 250 prominent Nepali women. The theme of the photo exhibition is – 'Let Us Remember Women Power and Respect the Women.' 
Before this, the Cultural Museum Nepal has already organised the exhibition of photos of popular leaders the late BP Koirala, Ganesh Man Singh and Madan Bhandari, singer the late Narayan Gopal, among other personalities. 
The exhibition will take place from 11 am to 5 pm at Nepal Art Council gallery at Babarmahal.
