High Court judge Regmi passes away

Kathmandu, August 15: Judge Rameshwar Regmi of the Patan High Court has passed away.

According to Bimal Parajuli, the court's spokesperson, Judge Regmi had been battling a brain tumor and died during treatment.

Parajuli announced that, in light of his death, all Patan High Court activities have been canceled for Thursday.

His funeral arrangements have been made at Pashupati Aryaghat.

Judge Regmi, who was appointed to the High Court from the Judicial Administration Service, had been receiving medical treatment for some time.
