Cabinet appoints Pandey as Labor Court chairman, promotes military officers

Kathmandu. The government has decided to appoint Judge Janak Pandey of the Surkhet High Court as the chairman of the Labor Court. The cabinet meeting held on August 6 decided to appoint Pandey as the chairman of the Labor Court.

The meeting also decided to promote one Brigadier General to Major General, four Colonels to Brigadier General, one acting Colonel to Colonel, and one Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel.

Similarly, the cabinet meeting held on Wednesday also decided to form a three-member accident investigation commission under the coordination of Nepali Army senior pilot Subas Thapa to investigate the Air Dynasty helicopter accident in Shivpuri, Nuwakot.
