Chief Minister Rai inaugurates Jaycees building

Itahari -  Province-1 Chief Minister Sherdhan Rai inaugurated a new building of the Jhumka Jaycees at Ramdhuni municipality on Thursday. 
On the occasion, Chief Minister Rai said he would take lessons from the exemplary principles and democratic practice of the Jaycees which stressed that governance should be guided by rule not the ruler. 
The Chief Minister said that the positive energy and thoughts of youths dedicated to Jaycees are critically important to steer ahead the Province-1 to the path of prosperity.
