Shrawan Fair kicks off in Kathmandu (Photos)
Kathmandu: The Shrawan Fair has officially started in Kathmandu today and will run for two days.
This event is designed to showcase Mehendi and traditional female attire worn during the Nepali month of Shrawan (July/August).
Hosted at the Annapurna Pavilion on Durbar Marga, the fair was inaugurated by Miss Nepal 2013, Ishani Shrestha.
Visitors can look forward to a variety of attractions, including a Mehendi booth, game stalls, food vendors, and live music.
The fair will continue through Saturday.
