Four Nepali nationals rescued from Kuwait

Kathmandu: Four Nepalis stranded in Kuwait have been rescued.

They were left in lurch in Kuwait for four months after agents who brought them with the promises of lucrative offers went incommunicado. They were rescued on the initiative of Abdul Khan, the Chairman of Industry and Commerce and Labor and Consumer Welfare Committee of the Parliament and former minister for Water Supply.

Former minister Khan's personal secretary Engineer Atiullah Musalman (Ashmir) informed that four out of the nine people who hail from Nawalparasi district were rescued and brought back to Nepal.

He informed that efforts are being made to rescue five other people.
