Electrical short circuit causes fire at Asan thread warehouse

Kathmandu: A fire erupted at the thread warehouse in the home of Mary Tuladhar, located in Asan, Kathmandu Metropolitan City-25.

According to the police, the fire began on Tuesday morning due to an electrical short circuit.

The blaze caused damage estimated at around 3 million rupees worth of yarn.

The fire was brought under control with assistance from local residents and the fire brigade. The police are currently investigating the incident.
