One murdered in Rautahat

Rautahat A person was murdered by attacking with an axe in Katahariya Municipality in Rautahat district last midnight. 
The police said that Shiva Mangal Mahato Nuniya, 40, of Chhedichowk in Katahariya Municipality-1 was attacked to spot death on his head. 

The Police Inspector Govinda Thapa of Area Police Office Garuda said that police has arrested 35-year-old Birendra Mahato Nuniya for his alleged involvement in the murder. Inspector Thapa added that Shiva Mangal would was attacked from his back with the axe as deep wounds are visible on his head and backbone. 

Police Inspector Thapa said that Birendra attacked Shiva Mangal with the axe assuming that an unknown person entered into his house when his neighbour Shiva Mangal arrived in the house of Birendra at midnight. 
However, Superintendent of Police Yagya Binod Pokharel said that the murder incident could have taken place due to their rivalry relations existing since back.
