Finance Minister to answer the queries of MPs vis-à-vis budget

The finance minister will answer the questions raised on the budget in the House of Representatives today.

The general discussion on the budget for the next fiscal year 2024-25 presented in the parliament is ending on Wednesday. In the House of Representatives meeting at 11:00 AM, after the remaining MPs have spoken, Finance Minister Varshman Pun has been scheduled to answer the questions raised by the MPs on the budget statement.

According to the agenda set by the Parliament Secretariat, after the Minister of Finance answers, there is a program to present the Appropriation Bill, 2024, the National Debt Collection Bill and the Customs Tariff Bill, 2024.

After that, the ministerial discussion on the budget will begin. The finance minister has already answered the questions raised by the parliamentarians on the budget in the National Assembly meeting on Tuesday
