Nepal triumphs over Saudi Arabia, clinches six wicket victory

KATHMANDU: Nepal continues its winning streak in the ACC Premier Cup, securing a dominant win against Saudi Arabia.

In a rain-affected T20 match shortened to eight overs, Nepal chose to bowl first after winning the toss.

Saudi Arabia set a target of 73 runs, losing seven wickets in the process.

Nepal's bowlers, including Karan KC and Abhinash Bohara, impressed with two wickets each, while Lalit Rajbanshi and Pratish GC also contributed with one wicket each.

Abdul Waheed top-scored for Saudi Arabia with 37 runs.

In the chase, Nepal displayed solid batting performances, with Gulsan Jha leading the charge with 32 runs. Dipendra Singh Airee and Rohit Poudel added valuable runs, guiding Nepal to a convincing six-wicket victory over Saudi Arabia.
