KMC calls for registration of fruits, vegetable, cold store, meat and fish shop within 15 days

KATHMANDU: Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has announced that all fruits and vegetable shops, nurseries, cold stores, as well as meat and fish shops within its area must register within the next 15 days.

The local authority is asking these businesses to register and provide their details to the Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of the metropolis.

Those who fail to register and continue operating without registration may face legal consequences, the local authority has warned.
