PPEHSS wins Municipal-level Presidential Running Shield

KATHMANDU, Dec 13: Pawan Prakriti English Higher Secondary School (PPEHSS) has won the title of the Fourth Presidential Running Shield Sports Tournament of the Mahalaxmi Municipality, Lalitpur. The Tournament began on the 10th of December with 1,450 students participating from the 32 schools within the Municipality.

Athletics, Martial Arts, Kabaddi and Volleyball were the games where students competed. PPEHSS grabbed 6 gold, 3 silver and 8 bronze medals and became the champion.

In the tournament, Mahalaxmi Secondary School ranked second, while Siddhi Mangal Secondary School came third.

Federal Member of Parliament Prem Maharjan and the Mayor of the Mahalaxmi Municipality Hari Govinda Shrestha awarded the victorious team and the players with the Shield, Medals, Certificate and cash prize.
