Four Nepalese recruited by Russian Army dead

KATHMANDU, Nov 29: Four Nepalese who were recruited by the Russian Army have died during the Ukraine-Russia battle, informed the Nepalese Embassy in Moscow.

The dead have been identified as Gangaraj Moktan of Ilam, Sandeep Thapaliya of Gorkha, Pritam Karki of Syangja and Rajkumar Rokka of the Dolakha district.

Even though the act of enrollment into the Russian Army is illegal, Nepalese youths are being attracted to the Russian Army.

No information regarding their deaths has been received though the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has gotten the letter sent from Russia.
