Paudyal’s name unanimously approved for ambassador to Canada

KATHMANDU, Nov 26: The Parliamentary Committee has unanimously approved the name of Bharatraj Paudyal, who was proposed as the ambassador to Canada. Janata Samajbadi Party MP Prakash Adhikari informed that the meeting of the parliamentary hearing special committee on Sunday unanimously approved Paudyal’s name.

The government had recommended the name of Paudyal, also a Foreign Secretary whose tenure is ending on December 6.

After the recommendation is given by the government, the committee approves, and then the President appoints.
