Paras Khadka elected Secretary of Cricket Association of Nepal

KATHMANDU, Sep 23: Former National Team Captain Paras Khadka has been elected as the Secretary of the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN).

He was elected as the Secretary after he got 37 votes for the post, beating another candidate Prashant Bikram Malla who only got 37 votes.

Paras Khadka retired as a player 2 years ago. After his retirement, he became a member of the Kathmandu District Cricket Association and later was elected as the President of the Bagmati Province Cricket Association.

In the election held earlier today, Chatur Bahadur Chand was unanimously elected as the President of CAN.
