Lawmaker Panthi provides Rs 1.5 million to college

Jitpur, Kapilvastu - Province-5 provincial assembly member Bishnu Panthi provided Rs 1.51 million to the Siddhartha Campus at local Bunchi of Banganga Municipality-4 in Kapilvastu district. 
The province lawmaker provided this amount at a Mahayagya religious programme organised to collect fund for the operation of technical education programme at the Campus. 
Panthi was elected to the Province Assembly on a CPN (UML) ticket from Kapilvastu constituency 1 (A). The Campus wants to run classes on Animal and Crop Science subject and is collecting funds for this purpose. 
A fund of Rs 1.76 million was collected on the second day of the Mahayagya ritual, coordinator of the Mahayagya programme, Yuba Raj Pokhrel said.
