Fly Dubai chief and station manager's pass blocked

KATHMANDU, April 25: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has blocked the pass of two employees who reported that a bird had hit the plane of Fly Dubai, which had a problem during the flight on Monday night. The authority has blocked the pass of the chief and station manager of Fly Dubai in Nepal.

The Authority says that without any proof and study, they spread confusion by spreading wrong information that a bird hit the airplane. Jagannath Niraula, Spokesperson of the Authority, informed that the passes of the employees of Fly Dubai, who had spread such false information, were temporarily blocked to stop them from entering the airport. However, the authority has not said for how long their passes will be blocked.

On Monday night at 9:20 PM, flying to Dubai carrying 169 passengers, Fly Dubai's call sign FZ-576 aircraft made an unnatural noise along with flames immediately after take off. After that, the plane was held in the Nepalese sky for a while, and after the situation normalized, the plane left for Dubai. 

Although Fly Dubai said that the problem occurred due to a bird colliding with the plane during the flight, Nepal Civil Aviation Authority said that no basis has been found to confirm this.
