Partial influence of local wind brings chance of light rain in Gandaki; rest of Nepal to experience fair weather
KATHMANDU, April 10: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has reported partial influence of local wind in the country, leading to partly cloudy weather in the hilly regions with chances of light rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in some areas of the hilly region of Gandaki Province.
However, the rest of the regions are expected to have generally fair weather. On Tuesday, the hilly region of the country is likely to be partly cloudy with brief rain possible in some areas of the hilly region in Gandaki and Karnali provinces.
The Meteorological Forecasting Division has recorded a minimum temperature of 12.4 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 29.8 degrees Celsius in the last 24 hours in Kathmandu Valley.
