Voting commences for Nepal's Vice Presidential Election with three contenders in the race
KATHMANDU, March 17: Today, the federal parliament building in Kathmandu hosts the election for the Vice President of Nepal, with the voting process that began at 10 AM and is expected to conclude by 3 PM.
The competition features three candidates vying for the position, namely Asta Laxmi Shakya of the CPN-UML, Mamata Jha representing the Janamat Party, and Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav, of the Janata Samajbadi Party.
