RSP to maintain support given to government

KATHMANDU, Feb. 27: The Rashtriya Swatantra Party will continue to support the government. This decision was made by the Party's Central Committee Meeting held at the Party's central office in Basundhara on Monday.

The Joint General Minister of the party, Kavindra Burlakoti, maintained it was decided to keep the support given to the government till the appropriate time. He clarified that even though both the CPN-UML and Nepali Congress parties have asked for support for the presidential election, the party has not yet decided on whom to support.

Joint General Minister Burlakoti said that Party President Rabi Lamichhane briefed about the latest political developments in the meeting.
