Melamchi Drinking Water Project: Govt decides to files case against Italian company

KATHMANDU, Feb 23: The government has decided to file a case against an Italian contractor, Cooperativa Muratori e Cementisti di Ravenna (CMC), for leaving the project without completing the job as per the contract. 
A Cabinet meeting held earlier this Thursday took a decision to this effect.
