Ruling partner parties decide to arrange minimum common program in five days

KATHMANDU, Dec.29: The ruling party has formed a working group to decide on the draft of the minimum common program of the government within five days. The coordinator of the working group is UML president KP Sharma Oli. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Home Affairs, Ravi Lamichhane said that the decision was taken at the meeting of the ruling party in Baluwatar on Thursday morning.
There will be one representative each from the partner party. The working group will be able to make a minimum common program within five days. In addition, Minister Lamichhane informed that the expansion of the cabinet was also discussed in the meeting. There was also a discussion about including the agenda of every political party while deciding the minimum common program.
"By creating a minimum common program to achieve the goal, we should decide what we are in the government for. We created a mechanism to fix that. Their agenda will be included in that," replied Minister Lamichhane when asked about the support of other parties.
