Madhav Nepal joined Baluwatar meeting
Kathmandu - A meeting is being held at the Prime Minister's residence, Baluwatar, as a final attempt to reach an agreement on the power coalition for the formation of a new government.
Earlier, while discussions were going on between Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba and Maoist Center Chairman Prachanda, CPN Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal also reached Baluwatar.
It is informed that efforts will be made to reach an agreement based on discussions between the three leaders.
The one-week time given by President Bidya Devi Bhandari for government formation is ending at 5 pm on Sunday. But, both the Maoist Center and the Congress in the alliance were unable to reach an agreement, when they did not give up their claim on the Prime Minister.
