CPN (MC)’s Karki leads the vote count in Dolakha
KATHMANDU, Dec 2: Ganga Karki, a candidate for the House of Representatives (HoR) of CPN (Maoist Center) – backed by the ruling alliance – is currently leading the vote count in Dolakha district.
Of the 4,494 votes counted so far, Karki has garnered 2,910 votes while his nearest contender of CPN-UML has collected 11,83 votes.
Likewise, Kundanraj Kafle, a candidate of Nepali Congress for the member of the Provincial Assembly is currently leading the vote count in Dolakha (1). He has so far collected 2,183 votes while his nearest contender of CPN-UML Nara bahadur Shrestha has garnered 1,327 votes.
Similarly, Bharat KC of CPN-UML is leading the vote count in Dolakha (2).
A re-election was held in the 10 polling centers in Dolakha district on December 1, 2022 where the elections were canceled earlier.
