Cholera detected in 12 people in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU, June 26: Cholera, a viral water-borne disease, has been detected in 12 people in Kathmandu.

According to Dr. Chuman Lal Das, director of the Epidemiology and Disease Control Division, thye disease has been diagnosed in 12 people so far.

The disease was detected in people living at Bagbazar, Dillibazar, Sanepa, Balaju, Kapan and Naikap areas in Kathmandu.
