Anti-MCC parties in ruling alliance to remain firm with their decision

KATHMANDU, Feb 18: Key leaders of the anti-MCC parties within the ruling alliance held a discussion on Friday morning.
The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal, Chairman of Janata Samajbadi Party (JSP) Upendra Yadav, leader Jhalanath Khanal.
The meeting held ahead of a meeting of the ruling alliance made a conclusion that the parties will remain firm on their decision to oppose the Millennium Corporate Challenge (MCC).
Earlier, in the meeting of the ruling alliance held on Thursday, the Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba was confident in tabling the MCC in the meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) scheduled for Friday.
