KATHMANDU, Feb 13: The CPN (Maoist Center) on Sunday observed its 27th People’s War Day.
The event, organized at the party office at Parisdanda, Koteswar,was attended by the party’s chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal, leaders Janardan Sharma, Devendra Poudel among others.
Chairman Dahal on the occasion offered garlands and remembered the martyrs.
The then CPN (Maoist), had declared the People's War in 2052, Falgun 1. The war was then ended after 10 years through a comprehensive peace agreement.
