JUMLA, Feb 4: Heavy snowfall since Thursday evening has crippled life in Jumla.
The temperature has significantly dropped due to the influence of westerly wind's low-pressure system.
This is the third spell of snowfall in the mountainous district this season
Most parts of the district have been carpeted by snow as thick as a foot.
