5,924 COVID-19 patients recovered on Saturday as Nepal records 4,904 new cases

KATHMANDU, Jan 29: As many as 5,924 people who had earlier tested positive for the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) have recovered on Saturday. 

On the same day, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP)recorded 4,904 new cases of COVID-19 across the country through 14,562 tests.

Similarly, six people succumbed to COVID-19 taking the national COVID-19 death toll to 11,703, according to the latest data from the MoHP.

Likewise, as many as 272,748 people received the shots of the COVID-19 vaccine in the country on Saturday alone.

There are currently 87,329 active cases of COVID-19 across the country as of Saturday afternoon.
