15 people succumb to COVID-19 in past 24 hours

KATHMANDU, Jan 27: As many as 15 people succumbed to COVID-19 in the past 24 hours as of Thursday afternoon.
Releasing regular COVID-19 updates on Thursday, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) shared that Nepal’s COVID-19 death tally has hit 11,687.
Meanwhile, at least 8,017 people tested positive for the disease on Thursday. As many as 21,808 tests were carried out in the past 24 hours, according to the ministry.
